To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include the following details in your message or email:

Booking Process

Our goal is to keep the process simple and stress-free while providing the quality and care your event deserves.  Here’s what happens after you reach out:

Initial Contact

We’ll respond promptly to learn more about your event and answer any immediate questions.

Menu and Service Planning

We’ll work together to select menu items, discuss dietary needs and determine service level (drop-off, buffet, full-service).

Custom Quote

You’ll receive a clear, detailed quote based on your selections and guest count.

Confirmation and Prep

Once confirmed, we’ll prepare everything and coordinate with you or your venue for smooth setup and service on event day.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have a minimum guest requirement?

    Most events require a minimum of 15 guests, but we are happy to discuss smaller gatherings on a case-by-case basis.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. For weddings or holiday events, 3 to 6 months is ideal. We also accept last-minute inquiries based on availability.

  • Can I request a quote without knowing all the event details?

    Yes. Just share what you do know and we can provide an estimate or help you fill in the rest.

  • Do you offer in-person consultations?

    We typically start with phone or email communication, but can meet in person or schedule tastings for larger events like weddings.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us for full policy details.
